It was my first time at the Tamiya America track and I got up to speed pretty quickly.
During the Thursdayâ s free practice I pretty much finalized my setup which I would use for the rest of the weekend. I used ARS for more corner speed and higher front downstop than normal for more on power stability. I also played around with the flex settings and ended up using the graphite brace and 2 screws at the back for motor mount multiflex.

Qualifying started out badly when I hit a lapped car, but I had strong runs in Q2 and Q3 to secure third on the grid. Q4 would have been a second place run had I not flipped.
The finals were pretty good, I got into second in A1 but a small mistake let Spencer Rivkin by and I had to settle for third. A2 was bad as I made many mistakes but all I had to do for A3 was to not let anyone by as third was enough to secure the final spot on the podium.

I was really happy with the performance of my T4 2017 and would like to thank my friends, family and sponsors for all their support.
